One of the newest beach tourist destinations in Bali which is currently in the process of road 

construction and construction of supporting facilities for coastal tourism spots, is Melasti Ungasan

Product Description.

Incentive corporation program is a training method for enhancing the team work in each department, intern or extern. This program generally given by the corporation to the department that achive the target that given by the management. This program counted as a refreshing and learning program to enhance the creativity and give the employee space to having fun with their partner. This Program generally revolve around activities designed to improve leadership,  communication  skills,  planning,  change management,  delegation, teamwork, and motivation. Participants  are  divided  into  teams  and  assigned  tasks  or  activities  for completion  in  a specified  time.In this program, we will give them some games that will test their teamwork, strategy, and how they will solve the problem in a smart way. We  strongly  believe  that this program can be the key element of developing an effective and productive working environtment.

Characteristic ofthe Activities.

A.Indoor Team Building

Indoor team building is a form of indoor activities which is useful for developing team work, leadership skills, problem solving, and creative thinking. This team building is simulated through many games. Those games will be the way to increase motivation and confidence, creative thinking, a sense of community and trust.

Benefits and purpose of team building as follows:

• Improve self confidence, self motivation and interpersonal skills

• Develop an attitude - a positive attitude

·   Develop creative thinking to solve a problem

• Improving the ability and skills to lead

• Improve the ability to cooperate with colleagues

• Build a sense of trust in others

Team Buiding Flow Activity:

A.    Briefing(Conditioning Participant)

Is a conditioning period for the participants of a training process. Pre - course is usually given before the implementation of the activities carried out, with the aim of:

•         To build participants' commitment to the possibility of leaving the daily routine that much more comfortable. Participants will be explained that enters the atmosphere of training is not just recreation, although an element of fun will color each activity are presented.

•         To build commitment to always think positively and are willing to do their best.

B.     Games(5 Games)

1.      Paper Hole

This game will need the creativity of thinking and a creative problem solver. The participant will devided into 4 groups that contain 6-7 persons each. Each groups will given a piece of A4 paper and they will be asked to make unbreakable circle that can fit all of the group member in.

2.      Break the Loop

This games need the strategy and great team work to solve. Each groups will given “selendang’ that have been formed into circle, and the member of the groups have to make a line and hold each other hands. They have to pass the “selendang” to the end of the line without breaking the line or unhold the hands.

3.      Guess The Move

Each groups will need one person to impersonate the word into a move and the other member have to guess what the move is mean. This will need a creativity and a good teamwork to win this game.

4.      Let Me Tell You a Secret

The group will make a line and one person will be whispered a sentence, and she/he has to whisper that sentence to the other members and make sure that they got the right sentence untuil the last person. The last person wil be write down the sentence and will be marked by the MC. This game need concentration and trust in a group.

5.      Passing Rubber

Each group will make a line and they will be given a bowl that contain rubber that have been mixed with flour. They have to pass the rubber with straw. They have to hold the straw by their mouth and not allowed to use their hands. The groups that can collect the most of rubber, they will be the winner. This games will need strategy, trust, and creativity to be the winner.

C.     Low & High Impact Activities

This particular activity is not always presented for each program activity that we have. This activity has a tremendous impact, but it is not the case when presented in short program; so important to us, as the steering committee, to find out the target activity to be achieved before presenting this event as a means of achieving goals. In general, this activity aims to:

•         Provide an opportunity for participants to act / think out of limits – limitsthe self (the perception of the self).

•         Provide experience in addressing concerns related to unfamiliar situations.

•         Stimulate the ability to make decisions taking into account the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treatment).

D.    De-Briefing

This activity is learning the participants along with a group guided by the group facilitators. In this activity, the group dynamics will appear in full after a series of activities in the form of a completed game. This activity aims to:

•         Stimulate and elicits effective communication processes within the group.

•         Stimulate the sensitivity of the participants of the importance of the evaluation process in a good working team.

•         Evocative awareness of how to work effectively in groups.

•         Provide a complete picture of the series of activities that have been passed by the participants so that they can design a plan that is more mature in the next activity.

G. Reporting Course

Provide a general statement for the organization of the company /organization /institution concerned as a picture of the activity.
