Located on Jl. Tukad Ayung, Carangsari village, Petang, Badung Regency, Bali. Owner pod namely is Toby, born in Adelide, Australia. His parents owned a vineyard and at the same time his factory near the garden. So since he was a child he had often been gardening. When in Bali, he wanted cocoa gardening because he was disappointed because Indonesia was the third country in the world for cocoa producers, but there was no chocolate production that was truly famous and dominated the world market, so the idea was to build a cocoa plantation. Toby then asked permission from his father-in-law who is also the elder of Puri Carangsari to build a factory on the ground which is also one location with a tour of Bali Elephant Camp. The small scale factory was built in January 2013. He continued experimenting for several years. After years of experimenting, finally got delicious chocolate. And after this hobby went well, then he went on to business so that the bali pod factory and cafe was created. Until now, the production capacity is up to 10 tons per month by employing around 100 workers with emphasis on local residents. To add to its branch, Toby Garritt opened a branch on Sunset Road Kuta.
