Product Description
Outbound Game is a training method for enhancing
organizational performance through experiential learning. Such programs are
often also referred to as corporate adventure training and outdoor management
development. Outbound Training Programs are generally revolved around
activities designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning,
delegation, teamwork, and motivation. Participants are divided into teams and
assigned tasks or activities for completion in a specified time. Achievement
and performance during these activities
is reviewed in
group discussions to
identify behaviors that enhance performance or
lead to failure or decreased
performance. Strategies are formulated to deal with
factors that hinder, and these strategies are then put to
use in the
activities that follow,
to test their effectiveness. In Outbound Training the
facilitator challenges a
group to achieve
a goal, but
does not explain how to
successfully complete the challenge. Participants must work to find a solution
individually and together as a team, and must communicate and learn from each
other in order to be successful. The
Learning begins with the experience followed by reflection, discussion,
analysis and evaluation of the experience. At Out life we strongly believe that

Outbound Training is a method of
training in the outdoor (outdoor) with an emphasis on developing capabilities

Games Description:
- Titanic Boat
This game takes
the idea as if we were having an accident and sink. Our task is how we don’t
sink. The media or tools used are a piece of newspaper that will be used as
boat by the whole group, one group consists of 4-5 people. Then when the
facilitator said "1, 2, 3 boarding the ship" all groups should
quickly hit the paper without any legs outside the newspaper. When the
facilitator say "ship has arrived", the participants fell and folded
the newspaper to half. Then the facilitator say "1, 2, 3 boarded the
ship" all participants rose, until the smallest fold. And the group that
has most member left wins.This activity aims as:

The process of creating a psychological atmosphere
that is fun and eliminate the constraints themselves as feeling awkward, not
ready or shy.

To improve teamwork

To organize work effectively
- Guess Words (Body Language)
In this game, we
don't need any tools but we just need one person to demonstrate something and
the other group members are asked to guess what is being demonstrated. This
game 100% helps us to choose and form an effective communication without using
words. Yes without the slightest noise, participants were only asked to move
their limbs to convey a message to the group.
Each group is
given a number of questions and the most correct answer wins. It is given for
the purpose of:

Increase awareness
•
Stimulate effective communication within the group
- Human Rows
This game doesn't
use any tools and material, we just need a group of people to play.
So in this game
each group is asked to make the line backwards, then the sequence of these
lines will change according to the instructions of the facilitator.
The following are
some examples of instructions from the facilitator, sequentially based on:
youngest age, shortest hair, the longest hand, shortest name, etc.
•
Bring up the attitude of active participation in the
group.
•
All participants to get to know better, their physical
characteristics and characteristics, and to train them to work together in
groups.
- Moving Rubber
This game is only
using a few rubber and straws. The idea of this game is to move several
rubber bands from one end to the other, one by one. Participants are asked to
make groups and are told to line one. In one end there are some rubbers that
are ready to be moved using a straw placed in the mouth. And which group is the
fastest to move all the rubber is the group that wins.

This game aims to
train group cooperation and patience to be more careful in doing things. When
playing we will be able to immediately see the faces of our friends, which
means we will indirectly increase awareness of our friends.
- Whispering Game
Players
must sit in a circle or stand in a straight line. They need to be close enough
that whispering is possible, but not so close that players can hear each other
whisper.The first person in the line or circle whispers a word or phrase into
the ear of the person sitting or standing to their right.Players whisper the
phrase to their neighbors until it reaches the last player in line.The last
player says the word or phrase out loud so everyone can hear how much it has
changed from the first whisper at the beginning of the circle or line. This activity aims to:

effective communication processes within the group.

helps clearly show
how small misconceptions can end up making a huge difference.

fun for the players,
generates laughs, and helps a group relax.

develop active
listening skills.

springboard for discussing the importance of active listening.
