Biggest Dam in Buleleng Regency

Buleleng Regency has one of the biggest dams on the island of Bali, namelyBendunganTitab – Ularan or"Titab – Ularan Dam”. it located in 6 villages consist of Ringdikit, Busungbiu, Ularan, Titab, Telaga and Kekeran village in Buleleng Regency. It takes 1 hour from Singaraja City and takes 3 hours 30 minutes from Denpasar City. The Dam used for stem water, sharing it to the surrounding rice fields and hydroelectric power plant at 1.5 mega watt. This dam began to operate in 2016. The dam giving the uniqueness architecture and good finishing. It will be useful for local community that stay surrounding it and good place or destination for the tourist, who visit or pass the object. At present the location around the dam has become a tourism place. Dam which began in 2000 has been designed to be multifunctional, among others, supporting development in the agricultural, clean water, electricity, fisheries and tourism sectors. In that place the tourist can see the beautiful panorama and take a picture for the Instagramable because the location is very strategic, the place has views of the sea and mountains, it is very suitable to be a tourist place. Around the place, tourist can see the view of water like a lake, can see the beautiful jungle around the water and also can see the rice field around the Dam. From below the tourist can see the flow of water from top to bottom is very fast like a water fall, it system for hydroelectric power plant.

The accessibility of the place is easy to get there, because there place has 2 gate for entrances by motorbike, bicycle, and car can use to get the place. For the tourist who will to long stay there can rent a homestay, villa, bungalow or hotel near that place, because so many accommodation around that tourism attraction. For the activities that tourist can do in that place such as trekking in the rice field to the dam or bendungan, make moment by taking picture by some food around that place or just passing by the car or bike.For the facilities that we offer to the tourist is not too much but several facilities that can get of the tourist like shop, traditional restaurant, parking area and information center.
